Pricing

£39 per store, per month

One plan. Everything in it.

  • Unlimited associates — a shop with forty staff pays the same as one with four
  • Unlimited handsets — put it on every phone in the building
  • Unlimited products — a 50,000-line catalog costs what a 500-line one does
  • Products, stock, barcodes, images, basket handoff to the till
  • All three ways of getting your data in: CSV upload, your API, or your system pushing to us
  • Email support from the person who builds it

A store is a store. Two shops and a stockroom you count separately is three. Add one mid-month and you pay for the part of the month it existed; close one and the same applies in reverse. The count follows what is in your dashboard — nobody has to remember to tell us.

The trial is 14 days, and it starts when your data does

Not when you sign up. The clock starts at your first successful catalog sync, so the week spent waiting on an export or an API key from your POS supplier does not come out of your trial.

No card to start. Nothing to cancel if you walk away.

What happens if you stop paying

Your handsets stop, and your data does not. Everything stays exactly as you left it — sign in, subscribe, and the shop floor is working again in a minute. We do not delete a catalog because an invoice failed.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a per-user charge? No. Staff turnover in retail is high enough without a pricing model that taxes it.

What if I have one store? Then it is £39 a month.

Do you charge for the demo? No. The app opens with sample data for anyone who installs it, with no account at all.

Can I export my data? Yes, and it stays yours throughout — see the terms and privacy pages.

VAT? Shown at checkout, handled by Stripe based on where you are.

Annual billing, or a discount for a chain? Not on the shelf, but ask — if you are bringing more than a handful of stores we should talk properly.

Ready? Create your account — no card, and the trial waits for your catalog.
